Wyatt's sauce was good enough the first time out to finish third overall in the Annual ILBBQ Festival in Lake Placid, NY.. competing against the Pro-BBQ'ers in the adult division. His sauce has gone on to win numerous accolade's and awards. Wyatt's team finished 2nd overall in the Junior World Championships in their first full season of competition.
Wyatt's decision to market this sauce was based on several factors, including the opportunity to raise funds for medical research of (SMA) Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a mutation of Muscular Dystrophy and fatal to its victims.
Wyatt's brother "Tai" (pictured below with Wyatt) was diagnosed with SMA in 2001.
Accordingly, it was decided that a portion of all proceeds will be donated to facilities and research centers actively seeking the cure for SMA and similar diseases. Your Support with help fund these needed endeavors to help find a cure !!
Wyatt and the entire family proudly present for your dining pleasure..

Where can I order this bbq sauce?: and do you have have different sizes? I like to order Bulk BIg Sizes.
ReplyDeleteWe hope to be in regular production by this summer. The sauce will also be offered in bulk for commercial applications, including 5 and 55 gallon increments. Currently we are producing the sauce locally, and have the preservative free sauce available. This sauce is specifically designed to be used withing en expiration date period, and is considered a "fresh food" product, and perishable, so to speak. This has been done to accommodate local eateries currently using the sauce and to supply our own catering business and Grilling Team
ReplyDeleteI would love to try your sauce, do you send any samples? We have a small local BBQ Eatery and are looking for something different than everyone else uses. I think that the reason this is being produced is heart warming and something we would love to support. Would we be able to order for our Pub and Grill on a smaller scale as needed ? Where does your Grilling Team Compete at? We go to many of the BBQ Competitions we just love it .
ReplyDeletewe can bottle you up a sample. Will need a business address to ship. Would consider doing batches for you if you had an idea of quantity on a weekly or monthly basis. The kids compete at the Junior World Championships in Lake Placid, NY as it is close to home. I contract the catering for VIP's and feed the judges for the KCBS ILBBQ Competition at the same event. It's held over 4rth of July week Annually. Contact us at aocc@live.com or foleysauce@live.com
